Inspired by this week's Illustration Friday topic "Neighbor" and also by my fence which was blown down in March by an unusually high wind. It's still down, my neighbour - a bit of a DIY enthusiast, insists that he's going to repair it himself and so far he's got one pole up. I think the Berlin wall went up faster...
